Es Pujols area
The area of Es Pujols is located in the north of Formentera, extending between Lake Estany Pudent and the cliffs of Punta Prima.
Es Pujols, besides being the main tourist center, can be considered to all intents and purposes the true heart of the island, both during the day – thanks to the bustle of people crowding stores and flea markets for shopping – it all night when in the streets and many of the local area to life the “nightlife” of tourists looking for fun.
Es Pujols is concentrated to a large number of structures (hotels, apartments etc..) and tourism services, including shops, bars, beach bars, restaurants and pubs of every kind and the beaches nearby – as beach of Llevant, beach Roqueta de Sa, beach Ses Canyes and the homonymous beach of Es Pujols – are surely among the most beautiful and popular of Formentera.
Although there was a visible urbanization, still not change the flavor of this delightful village, where you can still see the traditional houses “varadero” and the classic boats of local fishermen.
