Jandia

Submitted by

JandiaProceeding to the south of Costa Calma, just after the Sotavento Beach, we reach the famous peninsula of Jandia, which occupies the southern part of Fuerteventura.

Jandia was originally an island entirely to himself, who joined the rest of the island over time due to the elements: wind, sea and sand and have it transported debris for centuries, up to bridge the separation that exists between the two lands.

Jandia is now one of the most beautiful areas of Fuerteventura, the scenery is beautiful, and its spectacular beaches, very large in both length and width, are of fine white sand, lapped by crystal clear sea.
The wind causes are frequently required courses and races windsurf, kite surf, for the joy of sports.

This part of the coast is also well organized in terms of accommodation (hotels, apartments etc..) And tourism services.
