corralejoNear the city center of Corralejo, Fuerteventura North, are located some of the best known beaches of the island.
The beautiful beaches of Corralejo are characterized by length and width, and are famous for their white sand, which is in contrast to deep water.
Part of these shores is lost in the incredible expanse of sand dunes of Corralejo Natural Park, which give life to the most spectacular landscapes of Fuerteventura.

Some portions of the beach is sheltered by stone buildings to allow tourists to enjoy the sun, while others are left exposed to the winds, which ensure safe fun for surfers, windsurfers and kite, the most secluded parts of the coast and distant from the center residential area, such as Platja el Pozo are preferred by nudists.
The area is also easily accessible by bus.

From the port of Corralejo you can make excursions to the enchanting island of Lanzarote and Los Lobos, the latter is an atoll in the wild and unspoiled, rich in animal and plant species (declared a protected nature reserve) and a sea with nothing short of fabulous .
