Migjorn beach

Submitted by

Migjorn beachMigjorn beach (“beach of noon”), with its 6 km long, is without doubt the largest and one of the most enjoyable beaches of Formentera.

It stretches along the south coast of the island, the more savage, between the two extremes Cap de Barbaria and Far de la Mola, and has a varied coastline and enchanting beauty, full of rocky inlets and coves from the golden sands and the waters are deep blue and bright, though perhaps a little less clear than in other areas around the island.

Despite the beauty, the total influx of tourists in the area, with the exception of a couple of beaches, is absolutely not comparable to that of the beaches to the north, so it is definitely ideal for those who want to enjoy the beautiful coast of Formentera in peace.
Do not miss, plus excellent restaurants, beach bars and miscellaneous services.

The eastern part of Migjorn beach is also part of the famous beach of Es Arenals.
