Villas Mirador Lobos Golf
The Villas Lobos Golf Mirador, 4 star complex is newly built are located in a residential area of the Natural Park of Corralejo, in a quiet area near a golf course 673 meters from 9-hole par 3.
Golf fans can then play the sport in a paradise, but also those who do not practice, you can still enjoy the beauty and serenity of the enchanting park of the Dunes of Corralejo, accompanied by stunning views of the islands of Lanzarote and Lobos.
All Villas Lobos Golf Mirador have a piece of land that varies between 250 and 300 square meters, which includes private pool, spacious terraces and garden, private parking.
The villas are arranged around the golf course on the basis of two types: Duplex Villa (2 storey) and Villas in a plan.
Close to the golf course are the Duplex Villas, Villas in a plan while they are behind the Duplex villas, both types can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
The Duplex Villas are composed as follows:
Downstairs are the living-dining room, kitchen and a bathroom.
On the first floor has a bedroom with double bed and en-suite with bath, and then the other two bedrooms with two single beds and a shared bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms have wooden flooring, while the rest of the villa is tiled in marble.
From the second floor leads to the solarium on the roof.
Area: approx 118.52 m2 + 31.48 m2 built in veranda and terrace, and 250 m2 of land.
The one-storey villas have one bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each and a shared bathroom.
The bedrooms have wooden flooring, while the rest of the villa is paved with marble.
From the second floor leads to the solarium on the roof.
Area: approx 119.55 m2 + 83.33 m2 built in veranda and terrace, and 300 m2 of land.
Both types of villa with a swimming pool of fresh water (2.5 m x 6 m, 1.50 m depth), terraces complete with sun loungers, parasols, barbecue and garden furniture.
All villas have a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, electric coffee maker and kettle, pans, microwave, toaster, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer and magnifying mirror.
