Duplex Apartments La Colina
The Duplex Apartments la Colina are located in the area known as “Fuerteventura Golf Resort“, a prestigious residential area of Caleta de Fuste full of shops and restaurants, right next to the best 18-hole golf course on the island.
With just a few minutes’ walk you can reach tourist facilities such as shopping malls, cinemas, bowling, and the beautiful beaches of the Costa Caleta, such as the Castillo.
Fuerteventura airport is 10 km, the capital Puerto del Rosario to 12 km.
The apartments, comfortable and tastefully furnished, are of 104 square meters and is on two floors. Each of them has:
– 3 bedrooms: one with double bed, one with 2 single beds and another with a single bed. The bedroom on the second floor is equipped with a nice balcony.
– Living room / dining room with satellite TV
– Fully equipped kitchen
– Area with washing machine, iron and ironing board
– 2 bathrooms (one per floor)
The outdoor area features a garden, large terrace with pergola, barbecue and parking space.
A few meters from the apartments, the complex of La Colina offers holiday guests a large common area with pool and terrace / solarium with sun loungers, where you can enjoy a wonderful sea view.
Cleaning, towels and sheets are made weekly.
The minimum period for booking is 7 nights.
