The Villas Chemas (Las Pergolas III complex) are located in the area of Corralejo, a well known city rich in local services for tourists, located only 38 km from the airport of Fuerteventura, the villas are close to the sea, facing the islands of Los Lobos and Lanzarote, and only 1500 meters you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Natural Park of the Dunes of Corralejo.

The apartment complex has 68 spacious semi-detached villas, which can contain up to 6 people.
Each villa has its own swimming pool (3×6 m, depth 1.5 m) in winter conditioning (surcharge), and is equipped with:
